Losing face fat and double chin is a task! And it takes all the effort and patience. If you're not aware of what to do in order to get rid of the face fat, we've got you some easy things that you can practice every single day while you're in the comfort of your home.

Here's what you need to do:

Chew a sugar free gum: Get yourself some sugar-free gums and chew on it whenever you feel like in the day. It's a great workout for your jaws. Do it for 20 minutes a day and it will work your face muscles actively and keep the skin toned.

Rotating tongue exercise: One of the easiest ways to lose face fat is to rotate your tongue with the mouth closed. Your tongue should touch the outer surface of your lower and upper teeth. You can practice it for 15 minutes daily, clockwise and anti-clockwise.

Gargle exercise:: Use warm water only, as it is easier this way to shed face fat. Twirl the water in your mouth 3-4 times a day. Make use you do it before sleeping as well.

Puffy cheeks exercise: For this one, you need to close your mouth and puff up your cheeks by taking in some air. Hold it for 10 second and keep shifting from right cheek to left. This is for strengthening your face muscles. It will reduce the fat from the upper and middle part of your face.
