This whole situation of coronavirus has scared us all and we can only keep ourselves locked in our homes till it's safe to step out again. The number of deaths across the globe has only been rising each day and people are fearing for their lives. This means, a lot of people out there are doing anything and everything to protect themselves from this deadly virus. From keeping themselves locked in the house to hand sanitizing each hour. But then, there are people who are doing really bizarre things in the name of protecting themselves from COVID-19 and you should know about it in order to not fall for these gimmicks.

- Cow urine: All India Hindu Union had organised a cow urine drinking party just how we have tea parties. They believe that drinking cow urine is the best way to get rid of coronavirus and also prevent it. Even Iskon temple in Juhu are using cow urine as hand sanitizers as they think it has anti-bacterial properties.

- Yoga: UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath claims to practice yoga in order to cure coronavirus as there is no medicine to treat the same. While the rest of the world is busy finding a cure, this one suggests on practicing yoga to treat the patients suffering from COVID-19.

- Vegetarianism: The chief of the All India Hindu Mahasabha also says that coronavirus is God's way of punishing the people who eat non-vegetarian food. He claims that in order to protect animals and punish those who eat them, people need to make an idol of Corona and ask for forgiveness and assure to never eat non-veg food ever again.

- Mental health: The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath went down to claim that mental illness is the source of coronavirus. He even said that people across the globe need to overcome mental illness in order to get rid of coronavirus. He urged people to not panic in this situation and rather focus on their mental health as it can work as a treatment for COVID-19.
