Secret revealed: Here's how you can make double chocolate chip cookie just like Sonam Kapoor

One of the positive impacts of the deadly coronavirus is that it has finally given us some time out of our busy schedule. While we all are locked up in the house, making most of the quarantine period Bollywood celebs are too enjoying the hiatus. Some of the celebrities are busy sharing fitness tips with their fans, other are honing their hobbies. Similarly, fashion enthusiast Sonam Kapoor Ahuja showed off her cooking skills through her Instagram stories. From stir-fried tofu to healthy sunny side up and veggies, Sonam has been sharing her culinary secrets with her follower. Recently the actress baked some chocolicious double chocolate chip cookie using only healthy ingredients. Excited to try out the recipe? Here’s what you need.

Ingredients required are:
Gluten-free flour-105gm Cocoa powder-15 gm Baking soda-1/2 tsp Baking powder-1/4 tsp Sea salt-1/2 tsp Brown sugar-75 gm Coconut sugar-60 gm Almond butter-55 gm Coconut oil-50 gm Vanilla extract-1 tsp Dark chocolate chips-90 gm Water-2 to 5 tsp
Begin by combining all of your dry ingredients (gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt) in a bowl. Take another bowl and mix all of your wet ingredients, such as brown sugar, almond butter, coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Combine both the wet and dry mixture together till it’s smooth in texture. Add water if required. Now mix chocolate chips and fold the batter gently. Keep it in the refrigerator to chill and divide it into small portions to form each cookie. Now place your cookie dough balls on a non-stick baking tray. Preheat your over at 175 degrees Celsius and bake your cookie for 12-15 minutes. Allow them to completely cook down before you start enjoying them.

These cookies are vegan and completely gluten-free.
