- Apply sunscreen: No matter what the weather, you need to apply good amount to sunscreen with a good SPF since it protects your skin to a great extent. You need to apply it at least 15 minutes before you step out. If your skin is sensitive, make sure you apply sunscreen at least twice a day.

- Get good sleep: There's a reason why getting a good night's sleep is called a beauty sleep. It can very much contribute a lot to your skin health and can also boost collagen in a natural way which can make your skin glow.
