The 2 minute cardio set that is sure to cut down your belly fat

As much as people are getting obsessed over looking perfect, they're always on a lookout for diets and exercises to follow. While some might schedule their days better and find some time to hit the gym, for some time management is the real issue. One such way which works around your belly is a 2 minute cardio set.

One of the two variations is the front clap jumping jack. For this, you'll have to fold your hands in front of you with palms facing each other. Jump as high as you can with your legs split wide. Continue jumping for the next 20-30 times. Take it slow, there's no time to rush. Give this exercise a whole minute.

Another one is called the alternating jumping jack. For this one, you'll have to split your legs with your right leg in the front and left at the back. Jump with alternate leg to the front and back while bending your knees a little. Take slow jumps and repeat it for almost 25 more times.
