This detox juice can help you lose weight in no time!

Detox juice is the juice that is extracted from fruits and vegetables through several methods and is known for its nutritional value. While whole food diets have been known to work wonders in helping people lose weight, there are quite a few people out there who don't like going on a diet. This is where a detox juice steps in to save the day. It helps you get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables and also helps speed up your weight loss journey.



Here's one recipe for a healthy weight-loss detox juice.



Ingredients:



-2 large green apples

-1 cucumber

-3 stalks celery without leaves

-5-7 leaves kale

-1/2 lemon (peeled)

-1 piece fresh ginger

-Sprig of mint (optional)



Wash all of the above ingredients thoroughly. Peel any fruit or vegetable that needs to be peeled and then cut the fruits and vegetables into small pieces. Toss the ingredients in a blender and give them a spin until they turn into a juice. And voila! Your healthy detox juice is ready! You should ideally use more vegetables than fruits as they are low in calories but high in nutrients and antioxidants. You could use fruits as natural sweeteners. Stay tuned for more updates.
