Perfect for both the office and your parties, it's that one hairdo that looks fabulous at any occasion. So, if like these celebs you're looking forward to master the messy ponytail look, here's how you can go about it.

-To begin with, make sure that your hair has the texture and volume to get this look right. If you have straight or limp hair then it's best to use a styling tool to curl your hair into beach waves first. That can give it the messy texture it requires.

-Once your hair's texture is set, use your fingers to comb through all of your hair and start bringing all of it at the top of the crown of your head.

-It's alright if you have a few stray strands, they can help make your look even better. Secure the ponytail with a hair tie. Take one strand from the ponytail and wrap it around the hair tie to hide it.

-Use some hair spray or a texture product on your hair to keep it in place for long. And voila! You've now mastered the messy ponytail.
