You can be healthier by practicing these things daily for 60 seconds

People are always going to have an excuse to not stay fit or develop unhealthy eating habits and then keep cribbing about lack of sleep, bad health and weight issues. Some feel that it's a lot to commit to a workout session or dedicate themselves to a diet plan. But that isn't all that true. There are many simple ways in which you can take care of yourself in a decent way and give your mind and body the health that it needs.

- Hydrate: Drink that glass of water at every hour! Very necessarily, people need to hydrate themselves as it is very important for your physical as well as mental health. Drink enough water through the day.

- Oil your skin: Oil will help you moisturize your skin and lips all too well. You can use some argan oil to moisturize your face.

- Use garlic to kill fungal infections: Your nails can be prone to fungal infections and it can even occur in your feet. Make sure you apply a warm compress to the affected area an then apply a mashed garlic clove to kill the infection.

- Don't worry about clearing the plate: There will be times when you'll load your plate with extra food and then find it difficult to finish it. But you might just eat it all out of the guilt of wasting it and in turn overeat that way. This isn't all that good for your health and so, it's always better to take care of your body rather than stressing over clearing the plate. Your stomach is no trash either. Treat it in a better way.

- Be grateful: For all and every thing, be grateful. Takes a minute to just note down what you are grateful for in a day and you will automatically start feeling all good vibes.

Small changes can better your mind and body in great ways. It just takes a minute.
