It is very difficult to tackle this particular depression especially during the festive days as you end up eating a lot of sugary as well as fatty foods.

When it comes to depression, people must optimize their diet and provide all the nutrients that the brain needs and also avoid potential toxins. To combat the toxic effects of seasonal depression, you need to avoid the consumption of ultra-processed foods and foods that contain too much sugar as well as alcoholic drinks.
